Everyday our bodies are bombarded with toxins, such as; pollution, contaminates in our foods, pesticides, chemicals we put on our bodies, etc. FACT – When toxins build up in our bodies it makes it impossible to lose weight! The best thing about my bootcamp is that it delivers results, as I combine what most gyms and other fitness organizations are missing: NUTRITION + fitness.

What is just as wonderful is that it works for all fitness levels. I have a 19 year-old university student working out next to a 30-something mother of two, who is next to a 50+ wanting to maintain bone mass and a healthy lifestyle.

No matter where you are in your level of fitness, or your fitness goals, you will be able to participate in these class. Everyone works towards achieving their own personal best.

The workouts themselves are designed to burn fat long after you have left the camp. In fact, you will burn fat even in your sleep! We combine various forms of circuit training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), to boost your metabolism and deliver amazing results.

Each class is 45 – 60 minutes all in!

No more countless hours in the gym just to be disappointed that you are not getting the results you desired have worked so long and hard for. This program is far more effective than traditional cardio and boring weightlifting. You will LOVE it, feel more energy, and wake up ready to go. I use a variety of equipment, bodyweight, hill training, etc to keep you motivated and challenged.

Every class is different so we avoid hitting that dreaded plateau. There is also no chance of getting bored of the same old exercises class after class that stop delivering results after 3 weeks. You will be excited to get into class and read the board to see what new challenges you will face that day.

I  encourage you to take part in the nutritional component to our bootcamp where I provide you with nutritional guidelines, meal plans, weigh-ins, educate and support you along your weight loss and fitness journey.

We will take measurements, and do private weekly weigh-ins to track your results. There is no additional cost for this; it is an important part of this bootcamp’s beliefs and success.

You will not be alone, you will have the support of fellow boot-campers and myself. I am always available for my clients.

In closing, this is not an intimidating bootcamp that yells at their clients while trying their best to get through their workout, but rather a supportive, encouraging environment that will help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals at your own pace.
