Is this bootcamp for men and women?

Yes, it is designed to work with all fitness levels based on the weight and reps etc and difficulty level each individual decides to use.

I haven’t worked out in years will I be able to do the class?

Absolutely! I have a wide variety of clients, varying in fitness levels, age, gender, size, etc. This program is designed to be challenging at all fitness levels and give results.

What do I bring to class?

You will need a yoga mat or beach towel, water, (so important to stay hydrated), I suggest some workout gloves, (you can pick them up at SportCheck, Wal-Mart, etc. You may want to spray some bug repellent before class and finally, a good attitude 🙂

How do your sessions work?

I offer 4 or 8 week sessions. Since classes run every week, your sessions begins when you want to start.

Do you offer a referral discount?

Yes, for every referral you send my way that purchases a session, you will receive 2 weeks of bootcamp added to your membership.

Do you offer personal Training?

Yes I do. You can contact me to arrange dates and locations. I charge $40 per hour or $60 per hour for 2 clients.

What if it is raining, do you still run the class?

The class goes o rain or shine. If a class is to be cancelled due to lightening, I will notify by Facebook .

Is there a nutritional program offered?

Yes, it is optional to join, at no additional cost. Is is something I follow myself and have had huge success with. Combining my bootcamp classes together with the nutritional program will give you accelerated results that you will be amazed by. I will require weekly weigh-ins and measurements at beginning and end of 4 weeks.

What is your class schedule?

Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:15am, 5:45pm & 7:00pm, Saturday : 9:15am

I have a bad knee, do you think I will be able to do your class?

I would suggest that you get that checked out first by your doctor to make sure you are ok for bootcamp. We use a variety of weights, equipment, and body weights, requiring jumping, running, skipping, etc. I always offer modifications but you should always seek clearance from your doctor first.

How long are your classes?

Each class is over within 60 minutes – not so bad right?

I usually get bored of my exercise program and give-up or quit after a few weeks. How is your bootcamp any different?

Great question! My bootcamp class is different every time you come so you don’t get bored and also and more importantly so you don’t hit that dreaded plateau. The environment is also something that keeps people coming back. You are working out with people with the same desires as you, to get into the best shape possible. It is non-intimidating, motivating atmosphere that inspires success.
